*Hey what kind of Fufu where you going for? If it’s the Nigerian / Ghanaian type, then the consistency is different from the Guinean version, that we also call Tô. *Now this method makes your Tô smoother than the authentic way but definitely not slimy. *May be next time try decreasing the amount of water ( 3 cups instead of 4) or increasing the amount of flour (3 cups instead of 2) until you get your desired texture. Let me know if that was helpful 😊

My fufu came out slimy, what did I do wrong
*Hey what kind of Fufu where you going for? If it’s the Nigerian / Ghanaian type, then the consistency is different from the Guinean version, that we also call Tô.
