KOREAN ONE ROOM INTERIOR / REALISTIC SELF RENOVATION AFTER WORK / DOCTOR VLOG

Hello, everyone!
Hot summer is coming soon and time to turn onthe air conditioner is just around the corner.
New resident Dr.Kim entered our dermatology residency and we together were busy going through difficulties. But now, I have some time to relax since he got used to derm stuffs qutie a lot. I'm meeting my friends again little by little and making some time to edit videos I was procrastinating so far. This video is a little self renovation of a studio apartment (one room in KR/JP) challenge video I showed you shortly last time. it wasn't really easy, and I could have done it much more neatly if I had enough time, but I was new to this kind of job and knew nothing about painting or anything related to renovation. It's a bit unfortunate that there were many parts that couldn't be included in the video because I was staying up all night for five days at the same time, but I edited it as much as possible.
These days, I am working out hard with the goal of 'giving 1 complete push-up'. I've never succeeded in push-ups (even with my knees on) in my entire life. In my shoulder MRI, it showed minimal muscle of serratus anterior and rhomboid and I have severe winging scapula. With the guidance of my PT teacher, I am learning how to use those muscle I never trained in my life. taking on a new challenge, my heart is pounding. What new challenges are you taking in your life?
