I was able to stop in the same Ross Thursday during the day and the evening but didn't see anything. Then yesterday it didn't look like there was much of anything new except a few nice looking Cad Banes which I grabbed 2 for my nephews. Earlier in the week there were a bunch for 4 inch? Masterchiefs which looked fine so I had picked up a couple of those to go with their regular Joes. In the last couple months I never came across about half the Joes and there were a bunch of toy lines I never saw at all.

Is there a specific date when things go clearance? Like should i be checking at the end of the month or something.
Not to my knowledge. Each target is responsible for their own clearance so it's not even consistent across all targets
