I am very reserved when it comes to transfers and player contracts/wages. I like to pay as little as possible for players, the release clause is almost out of the question for me. I also try to keep the players' weekly wages as low as possible when negotiating with them. There are no bonuses or signing bonus.

I don’t think you can get them anymore unfortunately, you can buy them via the season pass which you can access in the main menu, unsure off the top of me head how you get to it but look at the buttons at the bottom of the screen and they’ll lead you to it💪
