Again, Ukraine is defending itself against an aggressor. According to international law it is completely fine to aid a country in exercising its right to self defense. Russia on the other hand is fighting an illegal aggressive war.

Not strange in the slightest. She explained it clearly enough. It is permissible to send arms to a country defending itself from an aggressor, but not permissible under international law to send arms to the aggressor, which is clearly Russia.
