I didn’t get cotton cookie out of 30k draws in her featured, I was pretty sad and then I pulled on legendary Gacha and got frost Queen on my last pull, it made me feel better
Cotton Cookie is actually very strong and helpful when you level her up enough. Her ability to increase the attack of summoned creatures + Seamstresses' Pin Cushion Treasure + Pumpkin Pie Cookie absolutely dominates. Not to mention that she can also heal and summon her own sheep, in which she can buff her own ability AND serve as a second healer. She's one of the best support cookies imo.

You can put a topping on her to make her cool down quicker
because 1, she's a legendary and 2, her attack is very op because she will deal lots of damage.
