Inbuilt GPS system is not good. Only Good for weekend highway rides! That is enough for me.

Totally agree with your views on Ronin, being an owner since August. One can get better rear view from the mirrors by shifting/adjusting the mountings bases bit forward . The only con is the low beam illumiation. The higher turning angle is manageable for a deft rider by adjusting one's body to the leaning angle. Truly a gentleman's bike.

The USP of this bike is the sitting geometry which offers the most comfortable riding posture for my 5.7 feet frame, 75 kg weight . At my 61years of age , this 159 kg Ronin offers me the best best value for money bike and riding pleasure in this segment 😀
Am an owner of 1st variant of Hero Honda CBZ, rode it like never before , was an attention grabber back then almost more than two decades ago & now have a TVS RONIN TD & am very pleased to have opted for this on the suggestion of a friend cum RE enthusiast, this bike just is a proper bike for people who have spondylosis & won' t be permitted to ride a RE Classic 350 by wellwishers , just like my case, thanks to TVS for launching such a bike, have to accept humans are till date unable to manufacture a 100 % faultless bike!
Iam from tamil nadu I bought ronin sivakasi showroom I was completed 1200 I finished I service cost around 1880 good economics bhike good refined engine good smooth I didn't face any single issue tvs is next level ❤️❤️❤️ especially I love riding position and slipper clutch I was confident at 80+ breaking
Just one more point was missing Dual Channel ABS in top model vs base model(just that part) otherwise as always your videos are one of top notch ones 😤
DTE (Distance to Empty) starts showing once 200km is completed from full tank and approx 360km is left to empty... Untill then fuel bar will also not drop... It starts calculating fuel tank only within 360 km left
Thanks for the video @biker prakash choudhary. I own the same model since 2 months. ODO crossed 1200kms. I agree with all of your points. Only issue I am facing is the Chain sound. It seems to be common problem with Ronin & infact with all 200+cc bikes. Even after cleaning, you still hear it loud. Otherwise I am very happy with the bike, driving pleasure, mileage..
1>turning radius is pretty bad, in metro cities this is a very essential feature for maneuvering and parking. 2>Mirrors are useless, not big at all. dont know why they compromised on the Mirrorsize. They tried to 'Do Fishing in Urine' for that Bike Cost. 3>High end features should also be available in full red and full black variants as well.
I wish TVS would launch a 250cc Ronin with 4 valve, DOHC setup 23 BHP and 23 NM torque wheelbase of 1400mm with 18 inch alloy wheels front and rear and a speedo indicated top speed of 150 kmph

Hey i would suggest use normal petrol but from a good petrol bunk. Nothing to worry if you use basic octane level petrol too. If budget is not issue you can use high octane fuel.

It's not a complete retro bike. really easy to handle. For your height, it will do good. Off-road performance is good. Max speed I have reached is 129. Good acceleration from 55 to 95

Ronin's saddle stays are very close to bike but you can insert extra bold and use a longer nut while fitting the saddle stay to your bike. It will create more distance between saddle stay and bike so indicators will not obstruct the saddlebags.
@@HypnoDaddy if you look at most 3rd party saddlebags, they dont allow for much width. Rynox, biking Brotherhood bags etc. So the option of wide saddlestays to clear the indicator isn't a good solution imo
I am personally thinking to buy the base variant to save money. Because personally I don't find the Bluetooth connect much useful when you connect mobile holder for navigation, adjustable levers(good feature but still find it expensive), dual channel ABS(Single channel BAS pe effective braking sikh ke khush reh lunga main😂), triple tone paint themes. So Base model should be fine in my case. If you find above features in your budget/or think those are necessities for you, ypu can go for top model anyday 👌🙂

If it was like 5 tk 10k expensive then base model I would easily go for it but if more then that I personally will select single channel due to my budget. If your budget is enough to buy dual channel ABS, go for it as extra safety feature is always welcome. Just that I am on a tight budget 😅😂

I visited one showroom , they charged Rs 2000/- for transportation and Rs.2500/- for mandatory accessories I e- Saree Guard, Leg Guard and Mirror. 1. Exhaust sound is not so loud to irritate or create discomfort for sure sir. 2. Its less noisy or loud than hunter and cb350 3. Ronin has better seating for pillion and this I am saying based on my own experience with my family member sir. Just need to install side ladies footrest

no i didn't experience any noise from chain. if you facing any, try to clean or lube chain once and see if its just cleaning issue or actual issue with chain

@@SomjitNag You just need to insert one extra bolt, that means 1cm both sides. It will save the indicators. I checked it for ViaTerra saddle bag.

I liked both but ronin has more advantages like riding in city, more mileage and easy handling. Honda makes more sense for more of highway riding
