  • No bake, protein-packed, gluten free, plant based Reese's chocolate peanut butter pie that comes together in a flash making it perfect for dessert on the fly. It tastes decadant but is actually better for you with wholesome, nourishing ingredients. It's all the yum without the guilt!

    Ingredients:
    1/2 cup sunflower seeds (could use cashews or whatever nuts/seeds you like/have)
    1/2 cup chopped dates (soak them if they’re not fresh)
    1 cup natural peanut butter
    1/3 cup raw sugar or whatever sweetener you like or have
    2 tablespoons of coconut milk
    1/2 cup dark chocolate

    peanut butter chocolatey deliciousness right there. i probably wouldn't wait for it to set in fridge but just spoon eat it after the ganache. ;)

    How about using raw honey instead of granulated sugar? Or would it not set as well when refrigerated? Looks tasty!
