Derek, I see your page being under campaigns and tools on the upper left. It appears that you signed into the page & had created an account first. Is this correct? I didn't see any link that said switch to expert mode and wasn't able to find canpaigns and tools either. I don't want to enter any credit card information. So, have I missed a few steps?

I don't remember exactly, as I set this up a while ago. But the overall gist is the same in my experience: even after you enter your payment information, your first ad campaigns won't go live until it is reviewed and approved so you have time to adjust it before you get charged
