Thanks, John! I'm so glad you're enjoying my content! I'm actually in the process of drafting up videos about the nitty gritty of Scrivener and how I use its features when I write! 🥳
I'm using Scrivener to unravel the brutal truth of my life in a novel, filled with haunting memories and raw pain. This story will be devastating, but thanks to Scrivener’s ability to organize chaos, I’m finding the strength to write it. These tips are just what I need to sharpen my tools and keep the darkness under control and my novel written 😊
Thank you, especially for the project goals, the paragraph styles, and the revision mode : even after spending hours on the tutorial i had no idea these existed!
You're very welcome! Honestly Scrivener does so much cool stuff that's just sitting there but you never think to investigate. That's why I'm gearing up for a whole series on it! 😱
Thanks for this! My favorite feature so far is typewriter scrolling which can be found at View-text edit-typewriter scroll. This keeps the words as I type on the middle of the screen so I don't have to scroll down continually. Since I don't touch type, this is gret for me. I can type fast but I have to look at the keys as I do. This is a great time-saver for me. And, if using a Mac, just tap the fn key twice and you can narrate by voice. This is especially helpful when my mind thinks faster than my fingers. This is Mac function though, not exclusive to Scrivener. But it helps.
Thank you very much, good to review after using Scrivener for a year or two. LOL on your example name Mr. Beans. My dutch name is Boons which translates, sort of, to english as Beans, Also I have a cat named Pepper 😂
Thank you for the tips on Scrivener. Love your channel, please keep the writing content coming.

The screen split is great if you want to display research in one panel and your chapter in another,

Is there a way to tag a scene to remind yourself to research something and/or tag your research for specific scenes?
