- The home of the Speaker of the National Assembly Nosiviwe Mapisa-Nqakula was raided by the Investigative Directorate this morning. Nqakula is accused of receiving millions of rands in cash as bribes from a service when she was the Minister of Defence.
Mapisa-Nqakula is yet to comment on the matter ever since the allegations were leveled against her.

Even if there are allegations (yes don’t take drastic measures) but at least suspend the Speaker of Parliament for a period (the very same way they suspended Adv Mkhwebane) until after a final report as been tabled.
