Can you do something with all the purple aerosols you have? im trying to find the right purple to use for my project but having trouble. It would be very much appreciated!
Why do you spray side to side across the guard rather than longer runs along the length?
Aerosols spray the best with the can vertical
And why Custom Clear over say Diamond Clear?
personal preference on the day
Areyou taping right over the base coat or intercoat clear?
over the basecoat
Cheers Mark, I'm liking these aerosol cans. Question: I want to attempt a lace roof paint job, midnight over fuchsia, in your opinion would 2 cans be enough to cover the roof, providing nothing is bleeding through or any other issues and I'd love to see a pro like you give us a demo, it could appeal to a lot of people, just a thought.
Depends how big the roof is . 2 cans sounds plenty for 2-3 coats over the lace on a commodore sized roof . Midnight blue will hide most candy bleed if your painting it in one sitting . what you can do to prevent some candy bleed is use FX intercoat "also in aerosol" over the fuchsia , wait for flash then lay your lace down then spray midnight then clear it off .

Top job.
I feel like advertising this as an aerosol job is kind of cheating if you clear with a gun. Of course the basecoats are going to look fine, especially if they are broken up like that. The whole point of selling aerosol is that DIY customers won't have access to a booth and paint gun for clear.
Its nice to break it up and do something different. its also advertised as "aerosols and custom clear". plenty of other videos just using aerosols though be sure to check them out!
