I have no idea why Leeds fans can’t see what is happening in front of their eyes. This is 49er Investments cashing in and checking out. The minute Leeds lost the playoff final, they diluted their holdings to Red Bull for £60m. Then starts the fire sale, which has generated £130m? That leaves them £10m short of their initial investment. Add in 2 seasons of parachute payments £90m? And then a final sale of £100m to Red Bull, that’s a fair few quid…speaking as a fan of a club who were completely asset stripped in the late 90’s ( no ground for 14 years) it could be worse….
We couldn’t get promoted last season with a much better team so why do people think we’ve got a better chance this year?

There is a little but quite significant thing called profit and sustainability rules. You can't spend more than you generate from football based income. We had overspend previously and were sailing close to the wind. Don't know the exact figures but we needed to sell in the region of 80m to keep us within the guidelines and avoid a points deduction. We did that and then sold more. We possibly have about 50m tops to sign 4 players with.

Why invest in a club and then sell the family silver and buy a few cheap knock offs. Doesn't make sense to me unless the plan is to weaken the value of the club and a large predator come in and buy it cheaper.

Sadly Middlesboro with a virtual 2 n d 11 could have scored 8. Still find it difficult to understand why Red Bull would invest so much when they know there is virtually no chance of promotion.

@@lowd741 Bielsa admitted in interview he had final say on players and that if he wasn’t happy with squad he would walk. He said that himself. Rads backed him with around 400 million and at the end of his four years we were a joke. The blame lies solely with him.
Meanwhile orta was buying ones for the future most of whom have done good. I really don understand how and why leeds fans can’t see this!
@@michaelh3147 , radrizini admitted that bielsa told him after the first season in the premiership that this squad wasn't good enough and needed new players , and IMO if we would of kept bielsa we would of stayed up and ag worse he would of got us up last season, bielsa isn't to blame at all , look what's happened to us, since he left ? , are we not a joke now ?

Mine is a fact, Belisa had four years and around 350-400 million spent in his time and when he made us a laughing stock and statically the worst team the premiership jas ever seen. That sadly is a fact not an opinion
