How much time is permitted to transfer agricultural land by inheritance after the death of the Bhumiswami?

If hairs informs to revenue authority that such person has been died & present certificate of death issued by municipal or concern authority, then it Generally takes 30 to 90 days for registration and attestation, if none rase objection.

But the Section 109 of the MP Land Revenue Code 1959 laya down that one should inform the patwari or the tehsildar within 6 months for endorsing in the land records. Kindly clarify. Regards

No matter, law of Limitation does not apply on the matters of inheritance, move an application to revenue authority on affidavit and with list of legal hairs.
