Im thinking of buying this card since my 5700xt red devil died on me. But my wife being a hardcore christian complained to me why from the many cards to chose from, I ended up with the devil. So with this card I doubt she would be pleased if I bring hell this time around. But I can just tell her if she doesnt want Hell, theres other cards to chose from but that means I need more on my budget
@@Top3Entertainment thanks for the recomendation. I would definitely pitch those cards to my wife and then tell her if she wants cheaper we can just go the Hell route
@@bestthingsinceslicedrice Newegg has 6700xt for cheap right now. I would recommend the red devil over the hellhound. Also see how much 6800 are compared to 6700 on there but good luck and God bless
Great video. Maybe use FSR in a future video. Currently I have the Gigabyte RX Vega 64 OC 8gb , been looking into maybe replacing it. When I do get my next card it's gonna be some model of Radeon. Been thinking about 6700xt or maybe 6800xt.
Really close on frames. I’m surprised how close this card was to the 6800 you were testing with. Any thoughts on running a few of these with the updated drivers? 6750xt?
They perform pretty much the same. Depends if you want blue LEDs or if you want no RGB. Cards are going down in price I would recommend a different 6700xt with RGB
Curious to have your view on why the massive variance in some games across the RX6700's. Some are a bit more OCd, but other channels have essentially all 6700's neck and neck prior to custom OCs. Do you have custome OCs and SAM enabled with these numbers? And which do you recommend for someone with an AMD 5000 series CPU and B550 board if you had 3070ti or 6700xt as an option? With SAM and OC could it match? Thanks
Maybe they spend way more time playing the actual games but then on the actual game benchmarks they still differ? I test the games at ultra or high settings but I do leave my CPU at default as well so maybe it spikes instead of it being at a steady overclock? I leave them on default profiles. I haven't tried a 3070ti but had tried the 3070 and wasn't impressed except for the games with dlss. If you play games with dlss I would recommend Nvidia but at the same time I have seen 3070ti jump in price
@@Top3Entertainment thanks for the response. I have a 3060ti and a Vega 56 in two different systems and they are both custom OCd. I asked as no one really does "underdog" reviews if the 6700xt with a full AMD setup comparing all AMD features on vs the 3070ti. If it's spot on to the 3070ti (which some SAM/OCd specific reviews show good numbers), I would be interested in going with the 6700, but no real comparisons. At stock for stock, clearly the 3070ti is the leader, but consider how amazing FSR is doing vs DLSS as of recent, it makes it difficult to decide to spend/waste the extra cash vs getting a card that "could" match with a specific setup + use the saved cash in more parts like say another 16gb of ram (take the system from 16gb to 32gb). Good stuff though. Keep it up.
@@Top3Entertainment yea, the market is fun when it comes to price and availability haha. The 3060ti OCd is an amazing card for reasonable pricing considering market swings. I may pull the trigger on the 6700xt, the 3070ti is around 200 to 300 more expensive where I am as of now (price went up a bit more), at that price I might as well stretch to the 6800...but I game at 1440p UW (which this new card would go in to replace the 3060ti).
@@farvaric for 1440p the 6700xt should be fine but I would recommend a 6800 If you find one at a good price. Amazon has the red devil for 850 right now I believe. I just got a 6600xt and will put out the review next Friday

The 6800 has pulled away again in newer drivers. But it still performs great but the 6750xt is not bad at $550
Can I use rx 6700xt 12gb gpu with a Corsair cv550w psu? My cpu is Ryzen 5 5600G and motherboard is msi b450m mortar max.

No it's only the teal blue color that you can turn on or off . Pretty odd if you ask me.
