The Rendlesham Forest Incident mentioned in this video happened in the UK. Depending where you live, there would most likely be some archive of UFO sightings that were recorded by your government. There is a lot of declassified information about Australian UFO sightings from the past available on various Government/archival websites for example. The Australian Gov't often investigated and kept a record of UFO sightings because the US Government were interested in them. The UK Government did this too. A lot of these international sightings didn't receive anywhere near the attention as most sightings did in the US despite usually being far more detailed and interesting. A good starting place if you wanted to look for these types of documents is to look at foreign correspondence between various Gov't military departments (usually the Air Force) and their respective US Embassies.
