- Before 'Avengers: Infinity War', there was another crossover event that shook the world...
In the summer of 2008, 'The Stolen Earth' saw 'Doctor Who' and it's spin-off shows 'The Sarah Jane Adventures' and 'Torchwood', collide in one epic battle against Davros and the Daleks for reality itself. Perhaps the biggest episode the show has ever done, the story proved to be a monumental event in Doctor Who's history. The only time I've ever felt the same buzz was in 2018 when 'Avengers: Infinity War' hit the big screen. So, naturally, I thought it was about time I combined the two...
This trailer was made to celebrate the worldwide watchalong of 'The Stolen Earth' and 'Journey's End', on Sunday 19 April 2020. Follow the hashtag #SubwaveNetwork for live tweets from writer Russell T Davies and director Graeme Harper, plus a few surprises on the day!

What we should have seen is the Time War, circa 2009-2010. It could have been done in a BBC miniseries, at the height of the epic Nu Who era, not the current Dr. Karen error.
If the Series 4 finale is Infinity War, The End Of Time is Endgame of the RTD era

As hard as chibnall tries, no episode will ever live up to the scale of this. I really want an episode that just has an epic battle between the doctor and davros

Oh this is cool, bringing back memories of Infinity Wars. Man I was so upset with Infinity Wars that I ran into my carpark and screamed "THANOS!" And burst into tears.

Gosh this is just so awesome and well put together, gets me so excited for a story I’ve seen loads of times already. Excellent choice of clips, especially the comedy hook at the end, really does solidify how much this story feels like a Marvel crossover made years before The Avengers.

It should be Infinity War Stolen Earth style, because Doctor Who did it ten years early. When SE was airing, Iron Man was still new as it had been released that year.

Excellent work on this Miles! I was waiting for someone to do this for the 10th Anniversary of The Stolen Earth back in 2018. Luckily this far exceeded my expectations back then. The mixing of clips, the sound editing and everything from 1.30 onwards; it's just fantastic. As someone who wants to improve their editing skills, can I ask for a few tips? Namely, where to get footage from, what software to use and where to find the unscored audio?
Such a shame that Moffat was unable to create any story like this! He had a tendency to kill of his major characters 😂
Maybe for the 60th, instead of bringing back all the older Doctors they bring back as many companions as they can! Then it won’t matter about ageing

I have this idea for a Dalek episode just imagine if Davros stranded on earth in the 1940s Teams up with Germany during WW2 to make the ultimate weapon and makes new Daleks from willing Nazis solders and the Doctor arrives 7 years after the new Daleks win the War...

If The Stolen Earth is Infinity War, then Journey’s End is Endgame... My opinions of the two even correlate, because I think the Stolen Earth is better than Journey’s End and Infinity War is better than Endgame in my humble opinion.
