Thankyou so much for this! I've got my first interview on Friday and although I have prepared I don't feel entirely comfortable yet! I was going to say that my negative is that I tend to struggle pushing myself out of my comfort zone, however since starting A-levels I've become a lot more independent and confident which has helped me believe in myself and therefore helped me overcome more boundaries, which will be extremely useful as a nurse, especially when I begin my placements!
I'm kinda nervous for my interview on the first week of may because i've been here in UK for two years and i dont have the best verbal communication skills yet.. I'm glad i found you video, thank you!

This video was really helpful. I've had my interviews for Sunderland and Teesside and have Northumbria tomorrow, all for adult nursing. I was given a conditional offer from Teesside and have had the numeracy and literacy test for Sunderland as I progressed to the next stage (my first choice so hoping to be offered a place from them in the next 10 days). Thanks for your tips, they made a big difference to calming my anxieties. Subscribed! :)

I started watching your vidoes when I was considering what to do at uni last year you have really inspired me to pursue nursing as a career and how I'm actually quite passionate about it and how right for me! I had no idea what to do before I have applied now prepping for my interviews v soon!!

how do you find out what specialties the unis do? I want to be a dermatology nurse and all the unis i've looked at seem mainly ICU based, which I have no interest in 🙈
I have an interview next week for adult nursing.. I have bright tips on my hair. It's brown with shocking pink tips, well ends* .. how do they see this in hospitals? Is it acceptable on a interview? I'm really worried. Please get back to me
Firstly, good luck lovely! Secondly, it depends on your boss quite often, they prefer your hair to be more subtle but it doesnt change who you are as a person, and certainly wont make you a bad nurse because you have pink hair!! You should be fine lovely xxx
