I don't know if jeep corporate will ever see this. But they need to make soft tops doors doors like the old C j's used to have with the mirrors attached to The body instead of the doors! And to continue to make the windshield Foldable. You need to do a retro mode of A CJ5. He keeps saying car it's a Jeep lol.
very well done, I follow TrailRecon and TFL, I watched the NYC debut and then watched it 2 more times, I’m pretty sure Christian Meunier said 37" bead locks from the factory that must be only on the Rubicon X 392......you can tell Jim Morrison but have to say this my brother-in-law was over the maintenance at the Auburn Hills tech center (and me GM-UAW worker retired now worked there ’79-‘09), when I was there it was about 80% complete, well we went into the design studios first was inferior and then exterior at that time JEEP had the square headlights well they had a round headlight fascia grille I think the round headlight didn't came back after several years of me going through there, but we got caught finally they were doing a commercial ad, I've had several Jeeps and have a "51 Willys/Jeep CJ3a, I would like to see a Gladiator 392 Ruibicon, but I’m waiting on the employee price Corvette C8
I like the idea of electric: 100% of the torque at 0 RPM, and silent cruising! I love cruising backroads and trails to spot and photograph wildlife. Quiet is excellent for that!
I dig the Scramblers! HALO Warthog look! I remember the CJ8’s in the showroom at the dealership down the road from my house. In Junior High, I actually made a few sales for them!! 👋
As sales and market share drop precipitiously, I hope Jeep( and Ram) management see that pricing themselves into the ionosphere is not a wise long-term strategy.
Don’t go all electric Add a V8 option for all trims Keep the diesel Add a manual option for all engines Add an all electric option Give us customers options!
All I own are Jeeps, and have been for years. I love my 2014 KL Trailhawk. Our 2014 Lattitude is garbage. Transmission jerks and heaves, service department is clueless. Mechanically Jeeps are still great, but the electronics stink in my opinion and experience. I would absolutely LOVE a bobbed Gladiator with the Rhino grille, simplified electronics, waterproof dash so rain topless isn’t a problem, rubber floor mats or bed liner inside the tub. Make it basic: waterproof, no carpet, basic-and loud stereo with Bluetooth, winch, disc brakes, low gears and strong transmission and axles (the typical Jeep weaknesses!). Gimme a NuKiaser!!!!!
love the magneto 3.0 just don't tone it down too much when it goes into production, can't wait, it will be the first new jeep in years i'll line up to buy.
Their prototypes are getting less and less exciting as the years go by. And time has proven that the Gladiator isn’t what customers really wanted. Not enough pickup nor Jeep...they compromised and ended with the exact Jeep people least desired. I called it at the time, which isn’t too hard for actual car enthusiasts.
Well, we'll never see a J-10 again, but we think the Gladiator is a good balance. Collard tested the Mojave a few years ago in the Nevada desert and loved it (did say it needed a HEMI). Wait for our team trail ride video. Ned Bacon (Killer Bee and Pig Pen fame, and the world's lead pessimist) just bought a Gladiator and absolutely loves it. Yes, we were surprised too. Thanks for the input.
@@Gone_Gpn no interest without the capability of at least a 3/4. Midsize pickups aren’t capable of performing any serious tasks. Just an SUV with a small open cargo area. Can’t tow, haul or carry much. Or plow much. Toys are toys, just like the Wrangler.
I love that Dark Harbor color!
The come up with some cool colors, right!
@@Gone_Gpn they sure do!
Really cool episode
Thanks Bruce.
Jeep is killing it!!! Never felt more proud of owning one!!!
Agreed!

Retro-mod CJ-5, old-school CJ half doors. Yep, our guy Chris Collard does all of Jeep's concept photography; we'll have him pass this along. Thanks

Hi David, thanks for the detailed input. Some great history there...and we'll mention "37s to Jim. Cheers

Great point! EVs are definitely different to drive.

Very cool!
that hood with the window is back and they've used it 3 times now in the last 2 years. i love it....make this happen.
Scrambler and Magneto, yep, a clear hood scoop would be a cool OE option.
Bold colors are Jeep tradition!! AMC had mechanical and production issues but gorgeous colors!!
Bring back the AMC red, white and blue, right!
How about a revolutionary concept for a (wait for it).......... AFFORDABLE jeep
......right!
I’d love to see the 2 door Gladiator also. I could care less about electric vehicles. Internal combustion for life.
Go 392!!!
As sales and market share drop precipitiously, I hope Jeep( and Ram) management see that pricing themselves into the ionosphere is not a wise long-term strategy.
Agreed, but that's a tough one, everything is so crazy expensive these days. Not sure we can help you on that one.

Yep, diesel and a manual
In line diesel
Yep, now there's an idea for next year.

We appreciate the input, Bob. That's a long campfire yarn, right?
Great job. Like the new colors and glad they are moving inside the vehicle for even more personality
Thanks!
Can we just get a Wrangler EV already?
Why complicate it so much with the hybrid nonsense? Battery, controller, motor and you are done.
Thanks for the input, Erik. With Jeep's push toward electrification, we are sure it is in the works.

@@gomycell I am right there with you. My old TJ might actually be replaced.
I'd really like the 2019 2 dr J6 Gladiator concept to enter into production in 2024 😎
We'll pass that along to the big boys and Jeep.
1940!
Thanks for the input, Phelan, but not sure what you mean by 1940?
@@Gone_Gpn The first Jeep was driven from Butler, Pa and delivered to Holabird, MD on September 23rd, 1940 for testing.
Hope Chrysler E goes out of business . Maybe jeep will get back to basics
Well, it is unfortunately the 'forced' wave of the future and all OEs must comply to survive.
@@Gone_Gpn don't get me started about forced compliance.
