Her strength and durability is similar to his with him having the slight edge but because of his extra powers playing a big factor, she had to play defense just as much as offense. She does have more fighting skills than him but that and being able to make him bleed just wasnt enough to put him down. He still took all of it and nearly won by almost killing her until she did real damage which even then was very temporary. That fight showed how capable Mave is in a fight against Homelander but mostly that you need brains more than brawn. Iron man is both, his suits are dummy powerful and can hurt super tough opponents and are also extremely durable while at the same time very smart in terms of AI in the suit and how smart Tony is to do the things hes able to do in the suit and not to mention that he has been in many big scale battles and gone up against very smart and sneaky and deadly opponents ranging from Thanos to Winter Soldier to even Zemo. With mark 50, he not only managed to make thanos bleed but also took the blast of the power stone which destroyed a planet. Strength - While most people think Homelander is as strong as Superman this is not the case. His best feat is most likely him tossing a Jet. So I would say based on the Infinity war fight Ironman takes Strength Speed - I´ll keep it simple Homelander flies up to mach 1 while Tony´s latest suit can fly up to mach 10. Ironman takes Speed Durability - The only feats of Homelander´s durability we got to see in live action is his fight against Soldierboy and Butcher in which he took some punches but not much to be honest here. Ironman on the other hand managed to hold up against a entire moon and the powerstone in the fight against Thanos on titan for me thats a clear win for Ironman. Agility - Homelander. I don´t have to explain that much. I mean Tony´s movement is a little limited in his suit while Homelander can act more freely in his. Homelander takes Agility! IQ - Tony takes IQ! Battle IQ - Tony is actually also a tactician and has fought way more battles against equals or worse in which he needed to use a battle plan. Tony also has an AI to calculate fight patterns which was seen in civil war. Homelander has no equals and uses mostly just brute force. (I know he was trained in his childhood its still not nearly close to Tony´s battle IQ) Tony takes it! Combat: For Homelander he was trained till he was a teenager but more in how to use is powers and less in how to act well in combat against foes who are equals or stronger. Ironman took on Thanos in a one on one and it looked not that bad for him. Also yet again Ironman has an AI which is calculating every combat situation. Tony takes combat! Weapons - Tony because Homelander has no Weapons! Gadgets - Tony because Homelander has no Gadgets! 2. Its been said and shown multiple times that Homelander is the strongest member of The 7 with Mave being a close second. Her strength and durability is similar to his with him having the slight edge but because of his extra powers playing a big factor, she had to play defense just as much as offense. She does have more fighting skills than him but that and being able to make him bleed just wasnt enough to put him down. He still took all of it and nearly won by almost killing her until she did real damage which even then was very temporary. That fight showed how capable Mave is in a fight against Homelander but mostly that you need brains more than brawn. Iron man is both, his suits are dummy powerful and can hurt super tough opponents and are also extremely durable while at the same time very smart in terms of AI in the suit and how smart Tony is to do the things hes able to do in the suit and not to mention that he has been in many big scale battles and gone up against very smart and sneaky and deadly opponents ranging from Thanos to Winter Soldier to even Zemo. Zemo may not have fought anybody but he was the one responsible for starting the entire Civil War event that made the Avengers fight and injure each other and unleashing a mind controlled Bucky out to kill on a mass scale if it wasnt for Cap stopping him. Homelander is the strongest member of The 7, Mave is a close second and Iron Man is far more strategic and skilled than both of them and can for sure beat Mave considering that she is powerful but not powerful enough to out right Kill Homelander let alone barely able to stop him. And the fact that she doesnt have any other powers besides strength and durability means her rate of survival is very low not only because Iron man can take all of her punches but dish back way more powerful ones along with every type of super weapons he can think of but he can also fly. If for some reason he doesnt feel like punching her, he can always fly and zone her out with all types of rocket and lasers n stuff. If he can beat Mave Low-Mid diff, he can Beat Homelander Mid-High diff.

On the other hand, homelander was getting humbled by soldier boy and billy butcher. His punches couldn’t even bust walls, he literally got stabbed with a metal bar and bled. Him surviving a nuke and every weapon on earth is just an exaggerated statement.

Speed - I´ll keep it simple Homelander flies up to mach 1 while Tony´s latest suit can fly up to mach 10. Ironman takes Speed
Durability - The only feats of Homelander´s durability we got to see in live action is his fight against Soldierboy and Butcher in which he took some punches but not much to be honest here. Ironman on the other hand managed to hold up against a entire moon and the powerstone in the fight against Thanos on titan for me thats a clear win for Ironman.
Agility - Homelander. I don´t have to explain that much. I mean Tony´s movement is a little limited in his suit while Homelander can act more freely in his. Homelander takes Agility!

Battle IQ - Tony is actually also a tactician and has fought way more battles against equals or worse in which he needed to use a battle plan. Tony also has an AI to calculate fight patterns which was seen in civil war. Homelander has no equals and uses mostly just brute force. (I know he was trained in his childhood its still not nearly close to Tony´s battle IQ) Tony takes it!
Combat: For Homelander he was trained till he was a teenager but more in how to use is powers and less in how to act well in combat against foes who are equals or stronger. Ironman took on Thanos in a one on one and it looked not that bad for him. Also yet again Ironman has an AI which is calculating every combat situation. Tony takes combat!
