Warren Private is pleased to have recently closed a co-investment position alongside Onyx Partners Ltd in the exciting re-development of the former Eastfield Mall in Springfield, Massachusetts.
The development will be rebranded as Springfield Crossing and will comprise over 390,000 square feet of retail space situated in a high density catchment area with over 200,000 people within a 5 mile radius.
We look forward to working alongside Onyx Partners Ltd as they deliver on their exciting vision for the new Springfield Crossing retail development.
This is the first joint venture between the parties and Warren Private’s twenty-sixth US investment.
