    But why do we assign an IP address to VLAN 30? Why only VLAN 30 and not the other VLANs?

      Yes why that one..by doing so it's in third network and how can it give access to other networks

      Native VLAN used for Untagged frames!!

      We can add for any VLAN, it is for the management purpose only. But suggested to create separate VLAN for management Purpose.
