@@caitlinlouiseee All the protein in the drink is actually from the milk. Normal milk is about 87% water and has around ~3 grams of protein per 100g. What they've done is filter out a bunch of the water from the milk concentrating the protein content. According to their website it takes 2 litres of regular milk to create 1 litre of protein smoothie with their process.
This gave me the worst indigestion. Highly doubt it is 30g of protein either. On the positive , good review! Quick question. Are you of Yugoslavian decent?
im glad im not the only one that absolutely loves their smoothies, the bananna and cinnamon is my favourite
I'm not sure how they can say it's 30g of protein either. That is what brought me here. Nothing in the ingredients indicates 30g of protein
