Could possibly try a 36 to 48 hour fast once a week and then regular intermittent fasting throughout the rest of the week. Lots of people say that a 36 hour fast is one of the strongest for fat burn, and isn't too difficult if you work up to it. Just a thought if you're hitting plataues and feel you need to try something extra. But good job sticking to it, don't let the stalls bring negative energy. Just keep on the grind and eventually you'll push through
Eating over processed food isn't healthy though. It's about more than weight loss. I eat a carnivore diet, I eat one big meal and I'm done. I don't fast on purpose. High ketone levels, the fat etc just makes you not hungry. I don't think about food, until I get hungry, which is once a day. That's the beauty of carnivore. I'm no longer a slave to food. It's very freeing. I wish you all the luck in your journey, you're a good dude. ❤😊

I did the cabbage soup diet last week and lost a bunch. Just a thought as im in a similar situation
