    क्या यह कद 5 , 8 , 164 cm से 172 cm तक बढ़ सकता है
    यदि नित्य 6 घंटा स्ट्रेचिंग ,योगासन , करू , और नींद भी 6 घंटे की गहरी लूं
    निरंतर 6 माह मैं क्या यह प्राप्त कर सकता हूं

    मेरी एक समस्या है की
    जब भी ब्रह्मचर्य की अवधि बढ़ती जाती है वैसे ही काम वासना भी बढ़ने लगती है (अर्थात शरीर में जैसे जैसे वीर्य बनता है वैसे भी काम वासना भी बढ़ने लगती है)और एक टाइम पर आके डिस्टर्ब हो जाता हूं, कोई ऐसा उपाय बताईए जिससे की ब्रह्मचर्य के बहुत दिन होने के बावजूद भी काम वासना संतुलित अवस्था में ही रहे
