Can the formula at 8:00 be used for output reactor (from VFD to motor)? What frequency do you use? My motor goes from 3000RPM to 18,000RPM (so 50Hz to 300Hz). Do you use 300Hz for calculation?

You can use 3% impedance choke. Any local manufacturer you can prefer. Choke is a very basic thing. Jyou have to take care about inductance, Current rating and insulation class.

use can use output choke in any drive for input choke you have to see user manual,if there is already inbuilt choke then no need to use external input choke

Please explain why we are using choke before capacitors...?
Because capacitor behave like a short circuit when they are discharged,and when we apply voltage they draw high starting current,to limit this current we use Choke,to smooth the current during charging and discharging this choke is used.

@A For Automation dear sir we are using reactor at input side of DC drive.but I am facing a problem that some time our input breaker is tripped and not found any fault code on DC drive.

Please check insulation level/moisture inside Drive and check that earthing is proper,also check megger value of Motor windings,fan condition of drive(internal), replace motor if problem gets repeat,if problem persists replace DC drive.

Sir iam not able to run an inverter ac on a 5kva sine wave inverter. Inverter transformer is vibrating even at 900 watts and the PF was at 83. I had tested resistive load of more than 2000 watts on this inverter. is there anything to do with harmonics, since its an inverter ac which has vfd like thing? also kindly provide the solution. Thanks..
The invertor output is not pure sinosoidal its PWM output which may be the problem,you can use an isolation transformer between inverter and AC which will smoothen the output of inverter.
actually its a pure sine wave inverter. i had seen similar problems with branded sine wave inverter. ok. can i know what will be the pricing for 3kva isolation transformer?
is your AC running upto max power with Normal supply (Electricity Board)

you can check inductance by using LCR meter.. disconnect one end of choke before checking
