    अच्छा वीडियो था । एक बात clear नहीं हुई कि torqe reference के बारे में ज्यादा बात नहीं हुई कि torque reference control कार्ड को torque reference किस प्रकार और कहाँ से मिलता है । और PLC bits के बारे में भी प्रकाश डालिये ।धन्यवाद ।

    Sir what is reason for vfd trip on over current when motor load cable and everything is normal condition.what happened in internal fault in vfd.

      There may be short circuit in IGBT inside drive.disconnect motor from drive and run the drive without motor if output voltage is balanced and drive keep running then drive is not faulty.

      Yes Relay/MPCB are recommended in output of drive.MCB is not suitable for motor protection so don't use.

      starting k tume pe ? ya continuous running time pe?

      check the load, decouple the motor with load and check shaft, it should be free, and run without load and check current,
      check motor current setting and overload factor setting parameter,
      if everything ok increase acceleration time slitely..this may help
      also check motor bearing condition and ..

    Sir ji jab HM drive ki output voltage meter se measure karte hai to meter par voltage show Nahi karta jabki motor run Karti hai or input voltage Sahi measure Hoti hai aise kyu . please sir iske baare me bataye

      Drive ka output Pulse width madulated hota hai but our meter will measure average voltage .if you use digital multimeter meter it can be checked.
      aur input me soinosoidal voltage hota hai wo bhi multimeter measure kar sakta hai

      Apko drive ko ek digital input deke drive ka on off and speed reference terminal k through karna padega aur potentiometer laga k speed reference dena padega.mai ek video banane wala hu bahut jaldi..

    Dear sir
    Mere pas 1 danfoss drive ha jisma mod no fc -51 k1p5 ha usko auto manual dono type se use karte h
    Usmai ek 0 to 20ma ka trans meter bhi laga ha ,no 12 no se 60 par transmitter ko reference Diya gaya ha aur 12 no se hi 27 no ko digital input Diya ha .Jase ise selector switch se on karte ha 13 no fault ata ha auto mad ho ya manual mad.
    Please tell me something about this please.......

      By changing the width of wave it's time duration gets changed ,and frequency is equal to 1 by T ,so we can change frequency also.
