1 thing that not I didn't notice before is Nilou's bloom F2P team is the most legit F2P team in the game, like DMC, Collei and Barbara are completely free characters you can get without pulling for them. You can use Favo sword and Favo Bow, which you can get 1 for free,iirc, on DMC and Collei, then craft Mappa Mare for Barbara (I know Sac Frag is better but I'm talking about complete F3P route.). Also, you don't have to stack crit ratio for any of them. Just HP on Nilou, ER+EM on DMC and Collei and EM on Barbara.
You know what makes the team even better? Barbara and Collei don't need constellations for the team to work, DMC cons you can get free, and Nilou can work with Iron sting which is craftable.
Always when I was farming for Niolu talent books, everybody have a Nilou, and when I was the host, I ask to have only dendro and hydro and they do it, sometimes coop is wholesome.
That circle thing for her elemental skill is actually there to apply hydro to turn blooms into i think it was bountiful blooms Because I believe if nilou isnt applying hydro blooms will stay normal So if you have like barbara and nilou on the same team, and you’re not using nilous circle thing blooms wont become bountiful blooms

I've been rolling Bloom team ever since Sumeru dropped, my level 90 Barbara, Dendro MC, and Collei have been patiently awaiting Nilou's arrival. Oh, I also use Nilou with Sac sword. It lets her use both versions of her E at the same time so you get both consistent Hydro application and Hydro damage.
I'm surprised it was such a revelation that you can play Either and Lumine in co op, I knew since the first time I played a domain in co op. Tho I kinda wish I had thought about using double Dendro MC before, it sounds OP actually

For example when you use Lisa E/R2 the sky get cloudy and everything is purple with electricity so even if for a short while she does control the weather and make everything covered in clouds (which make me laugh because I'm 100% sure that when people in Mondstadt see that they can immediately recognize who is the one doing it and they either are genuinely scared, pitiful for who is getting punished by Lisa because they most definitely won't survive or simply be used to it) and even Raiden burst make the sky purple and filled with electricity
I will pay money to see a quest where Yun Jin goes to Sumeru, meets Nilou, and competes with her on who’s the better performer, and the Traveler will have to choose between the two of them.

No, it doesn't. It just applies wet to nearby enemies. The buff is the sparkly thingy you see on your character after Nilou finishes the third step of her skill. You won't have the ring around the character if Nilou does a normal attack on the third step of her skill (she gets hydro infusion instead) but the bloom buff would still be applied.

Their base stats are different if I recall correctly. Lumine is a bit more powerful atk wise while Aether is more tanky.

In lore zhongli crafted the sword technically so yes it is and zhongli's shield is based off hp sopretty much makes sense in lore
