Modern Iraq is Kurdistan. Kurdish people were pre-Islamic YAZIDI religion following people. Kurds were also Zoroastrians. You can see fight between Kurds and Turks online in RUclips. Turkish people are like Muslim invaders. Ottomans invaded Kurdistan. Kurdistan is very Secular. But unfortunately, Kurds did not get their country.
