    Parsley SHOULD NOT be consumed in excess by pregnant women. The volatile oils in parsley cause the uterus to contract. This is actually great for menstrual cramps or for getting your period to come a bit earlier.... if anybody has to worry about bloating, it's pregnant women and menstruating women

    Bravo. Between you and Dr Peter Attia, I’m redefining my diet, which is more important to me than ever now that I’m in my mid-40s. At this point, considering that I’ve been weight-training since I was 14 years old, I know that I’ve had that advantage or head-start, but I don’t want to have to exercise 2 hours every day any longer, and I am a data and software architect, which means I am sitting or standing in front of a computer 9 to 10 hours almost every day. So, you and Attia have become my sources of truth. Great videos!

    hey Thomas, how about the quantities suggested/recommended?
    I bet it depends on the body wight and other things, but do you have a rough/average recommended quantity/dosage ?
    as in, how much asparagus/parsley ?
    Specially parsley, I use dill and parsley all the time in cooking but I don't see myself eating a bowl full of it :D

    This is actually a very helpful video. I recently started to go mostly Keto (with a few odd cheat days due to being in circumstances where I had no other choice), but was wondering if you ever experienced poor circulation (and subsequently fatigue) as a result of going Keto. I'm noticing that I'm feeling colder and the circulation particularly to hands and feet feels really off. Is there some type of supplements you recommend and is there a video you can make on that? Thanks :)

      I got a rebounder and started doing the "health bounce" to increase circulation of blood and lymph and it's made a huge difference. *_Any_** rebounder will do* (even the cheap Walmart coiled spring ones) for that purpose. If you want to have a top of the line piece of workout gear (unnecessary for lymph stimulation), I highly recommend the Bellicon brand which is what I got for a number of other reasons besides the issue you speak of.

    why doesn't anyone mention the lymphatic system it's four times larger than the blood system the reason you have edema is because it's trying to fight the acid in your lymphatic system. the bacteria in your lymph nodes actually eats the septic waste that is acidic so that you can pass it through your kidneys without burning .if your kidneys aren't filtering properly which they probably aren't in most people that's why there are so many dialysis centers they're worrying about cleaning the blood when they could just as easily clean the lymphatic system with lots of fruits berries and melons and even to some degree green leafy vegetables. see dr. Robert Morse on RUclips. robertmorsend

    • @tlyons8537
      @tlyons8537 5 лет назад +1

      Thank you for confirming that....I love Dr Morse...doctors are trying to put me on dialysis but I am doing fruits berries and melons

    • @KJB0001

      the Lymph is seriously underrated on RUclips. But the inflammatory response from most fruit is not the answer for maintaining lymph health. fructose is the worst 'ose'. It goes straight to the liver and it treated like a toxin -like vodka. Eat fruit in GARNISH sized amounts and in its season. NEVER have a 12 oz smoothie or "lots of fruits". Grocery stores packed with hybridized fruits (increased sugar and color)that are lacking seasons is just unnatural. Imagine living in 'the wild' and stumbling on a wild blackberry bush (lower sugar, higher fiber) and eating what the bears and birds left behind..... a large handful.... THAT'S an appropriate fruit choice for humans. Maple syrup isn't natural either. Maple WATER is collected from the tree and then cooked down to a sugary syrup. Skip the honey too unless you're sick and need healing but leave the hive alone... just take what you need and let the animals have it for healing or hibernation. Hope it helps.

    Eating a lot of fruits and vegetables- leafy greens- fruits berries melons will alkalize the body and you'll see that water come right out. This is the best way to hydrate the body because eating the foods with the water in them is the best way. you can drink water all day, but once that acid in the lymphatic system makes everything hard (nucoid plaque) and dehydrated it takes a while to loosen up and move that lymphatic fluid. fruit is the best way to do this, and incidentally you don't need insulin to process fructose in fruit. I would bet that nobody knew that. And yes high protein does damage the kidneys. You want to make sure your kidneys are filtering you want to see sediment and clouds in the urine after it sits in a jar for a few hours first morning urine see Dr Morse on RUclips. robertmorsend

    He's right though about the parsley and the dandlion you don't have to drink a ton of water. A diuretic is an alkaline food that counterbalance the acidosis condition that you have in your body. eat the foods that have the water in them fruits mainly, grapes and oranges seem to be the best astringent power pulls a lot of the toxic mucus out of your system ,and vegetables to a certain degree green leafy vegetables. stay away from the globular proteins which include beans. they leave off a nitrogen aciduc ash as well. If you need to fill up eat avocado and maybe some sweet potato Too much fat will mess up your detox process,even if it's good fat. Just remember acid-forming foods leave off a nitrogen Ash which gives you acidosis ( chronic inflammation) and fruits and to some degree leafy vegetables etc will alkalize and reverse this. that's when the edema will go away.
