I’m a huge fan of Orogot’s running form. He’s my favourite to win. His splendid knee lift will be perfect for outdoors. The winner will most likely come from lane six as that’s the lane where most sprinters run their PBS. As for Boling, he seems to be taking it easy this indoor season to save himself for outdoors, but still, he has more competition this season than the previous two. Getting on the podium, in his preferred distance (200m), might be a toll order. I like the diversity he brings to the sport though. Hopefully he makes the 400m WC team this year.

Obviously it can be any one of of the top 4-5 runners but you gotta think Miller can run a 20.15 or something in altitude and when pushed for once possibly 20.0something. Yeah he’s running faster times then he did in high school but his form is terrible now. Hopefully when he gets out of Georgia, he can get some really good coaching behind him to improve his form and if that doesn’t work he’ll need to move to the 400 or focus on long jumping. His times just arent fast enough in the 200 to compete at the pro level

He's fine, I swear everyone thinks they're an expert but they all say the exact same thing. His form, he needs to relax. He just ran the 6th fastest 200m indoor time in history. I think he's got pro level speed. 6th all time? He's really built better for the outdoors anyways because he's longer and less powerful. I think he'll have a breakthrough outdoor season. Coming into college he wasn't developed physically. He was setting records with a rail thin frame. He's fully built now and probably just getting used to his extra abilities.

@@chuckdeuces911 everybody’s saying the exact same thing because it’s true. You cannot deny at the very least, he has a very inconsistent form. He is way too inconsistent. One race he’ll have his form down the next race he starts running like he has a 50 pound backpack on his shoulders the last 75 yards in the race. The majority of his races this year his form breaks down. That’s a fact. He doesn’t have the speed right now to make the US team in the 200 or the 100. His fastest 200 was 19.92 and his fast is 100 was a 9.98. That’s not good enough to compete at a high pro level. He can definitely improve. He just needs the right coaching and I don’t see that he’s getting that in GA. Don’t forget he booked up a lot last year. He’s been this size for over a year now.

@@sams.358 I don't think being black has anything to do with it. How do you think Boling's not being black is important to me or to being a good decathlete? Georgia already has an outstanding heptathlete who's black, Kyle Garland, and he won the championship yesterday breaking Ashton Eaton's point total record.
I like Elijah Godwin a lot and he's black but I don't think he'd be a good decathlete, not because he's black, but because he's more of a specialist. I admire him for having experienced the wrong end of the javelin in 2019, getting a punctured lung, and still winding up an Olympic Gold Medal winner and the NCAA 400m champ in 2023 when he didn't even make the finals last year.
Boling is good at a lot of events but not world class in any of them. That's where the Decathlon comes in because it is for the all around athlete, not the specialist.

I thought after Fahnbulleh and Laird turned pro, this would be Boling's year to dominate. Then, about 4 more guys dropped PRs.
