      @@nightelf2487 Literally not a clue what you mean with your Statue of Liberty comment. But yeah it matters, it's disgusting to see the Chinese imitate Western culture instead of honouring their own ancient culture.

      @@megaxenu753 It's called modernizing. No one's going to carry around a heavy and big Guzheng, set it down, start playing, and pick it up and leave. Nor is someone going to carry in a gong and start hitting it. Most traditional Chinese instruments are string, and simply cannot replicate the current instruments used. What you want is music that is signaling your arrival and boosting morale, not calming music to sleep to. All modern military bands consist of basically the same instruments.
