Haven’t played in months because the online doesn’t work. They’re literally killing their own longevity by having a broken server. I won’t ever understand people who would prefer wrestling AI instead of their friends or randoms. That’s why we had so much fun in the older games because we were actually playing against each other.. anyways this is way too late of an update because nba is dropping next week and I’ll be on there for months lol

Why people are so obsessed about getting the online fixed when servers will get closed next year anyways 😅
Because its been a problem since 2k22. During the actual life cycle of the game, the servers would be dog shit through and through. All the patches that would be released to “fix” these issues, don’t do anything. Its the same thing every year unfortunately.

@sorrowverse8003 do you know that ai doesn't reverse any diving attacks(against standing ai)in this game? It's completely broken. That needs fixing

I don't know if it's only me, but I just recently bought the game and had the issue that after a certain while I always get disconnected from online servers and if I wanted to download community creations, etc., I had to restart the game. Now, after this patch, my connection seems far more stable. After playing multiple hours with this patch, I haven't been disconnected once from the servers and can download arenas and wrestlers seamlessly.
All in all, I really enjoy my time with WWE2k24. It's a noticeable and welcomed jump from 2k22. (I skipped 23) The gameplay is so much better and feels way closer to real life, a bit slower, more simulation and less "arcady", which I love. I've been building a whole RAW and SmackDown WWF (1997 - 2002) Roaster in my Universe mode with my own creations and creations from the community. It's tons of fun. Personally, I don't care for online at all, but I like to see the devs still working on the game and I definitely appreciate the stability updates.
All to say, I also had my fair share of bugs, for example, one of my creations went bald after the update, so I had to re-do their hair, but overall, I'm actually pretty happy with the game. Big step up from 2k22 if you ask me.
Irish whips from the corner haven't been missing from online play. That's strange
Just my opinion..they should bring back Stunning Steve Austin as a persona card or include him in a dlc, love his theme.

I was surprised about patch 1.16, but I'm glad that the devs are doing something about the online part of the game and I'm excited for the global superstars pack.

FYI: There will be patch 1.17 out before the DLC patch 1.18 not 100% sure patch 1.18 will be the DLC patch or if they will release 1.17 & 1.18 before the DLC just seen some info that fixes are in patch 1.18 👍🏻 so this could be the DLC patch

The irish whip thing was when the game would boot you out the match when you throw someone from the corner. I guess they fixed it.

MyFaction is broken for me. If I get disconnected from the game it won’t give me a lost but my opponent will get the RP points as if they won the match 😂
Online on myfaction, it is still unplayable for me.
Can wait for next DLC pack to come out next month
another patch that is useless, 2K definitely does not want to correct the bugs in the game.

Hopefully, the universe mode rivalry system will be fixed up in the next patch.
I dont think Universe is getting fixed. A lot of Universes problems were problems last year as well. It seems like all that was changed was the shows & logos.

@codemaster1378 I understand that. I want it fixed too, but it's reality. Besides this is like the 3rd or 4th online patch? Maybe more? I think like a lot of people do. If Universe makes it into next year's game. It will probably be another copy & paste. Universe is my favourite mode.
