Excellent vid - totally helped me. Pulled out the cluster in 30 minutes. Without this vid it would have been hours and likely broken trim pieces. THANKS

This one helped me out immensely, as I want to install the 911 (997.2) gages in my 987.2 Cayman S. This has been done by others (Gen 1&2), but some of the details were missing. Now I can see what it physically looks like with the gages out in a full light straight on shot. They did say if you have a manual transmission to get the gages from a manual 997 of the correct Gen and some reprogramming is required also. Look forward to the video where you reprogram the cluster.

The reprogramming is very involved... I haven't been able to update the mileage yet unfortunately.
