Jaja, parece que Latinoamerica no fuera suficientemente grande como mercado para poner las instrucciones en Español,, hasta en portugués lo escribieron. No sé quien habrá estado a cargo de éste manual.
De todas formas se entiende bastante bien las explicaciones gráficas del video... y estoy seguro que uno puede encontrar el manual de la máquina escrito en Español en el Internet.

My washer has 2 water inputs (cold and hot). Can I connect just the cold water? If I can, do I have to put a cap in the hot water connector to keep it closed?
So what is the shipping bolt the whole thing u take out or just the black part?? why would you make an animation when you could do a clear video

Just installed this . Did not follow through to the end but all is well .i have a question though??whats the purpose of that open front window on the washing machine?
Its to put clothes in instead of turning it off all the time to open the entire door
Add little pieces of clothes like odd sock that gets missed out of wash.
Do we need to keep the water hose in the same position comoany shipped it and add additional hose to drain pipe ? As told by technician the hose is suppose to be kept in the loop position tucked behind the machine . Pls help

Mine was damaged during transporte. Samsung did not fix It. After for months It stopped definitly. Trying to have It fixed

do they come with the spanner? In Mexico they remove everything that comes with it and keep it for themselves, I bought a set of wrenches but none fit, where can I find the size of the bolt?

Yes a spanner to remove the three transport bolts and adjust the leveling feet. 10mm for the bolts 14mm for the feet. Good luck

They stop the drum moving & damaging the machine during transportation - if you ever have it shipped elsewhere, put them back in

You need to balance the feet out as shown in many videos, the ground is uneven.
When i plugged the hose to the water supply the hose starts to unplugged itself, any idea why?

If the floor of your house is not flat then first of all you have to put the washing machine close to the floor and tighten the bottom bolt to ensure that the drum is not damaged.

What's the use of step 2
Important to remove the shipping bolts before use. The bolts hold the internal drum securely in place while the machine is shipped. However, when used, the drum (i.e. where your clothes go) is designed to move freely within the frame as it spins - and it can reach decent RPMs with significant force. If the bolts are still attached when in use, it will cause the whole machine to move around unnecessarily.

These instructions are WRONG. Samsung Washers, like any other washer, have TWO water lines (hot and cold). These instructions only show one line.
Not in the UK it isn’t. I came here from a UK link and it’s bang on. Perhaps you were sent to the wrong markets instructions.
