You can interpolate before that u have to convert shallow aquifer to for example 1, medium to 2 ...... But it Will not be absolutely correct , if u have shape file boundary for each class then it's pretty easy

how can I develop the map for each parameter (D, R, A, S, I, C)?
There are multiple ways. I used point data and then interpolated. For calculation of recharge we used factor approach.

Data has different sources. We used borelogs data for aquifer parameters. We have model for water balance. Topography is from SRTM DEM.
