Listen to anything by Pentatonix, and they are a capella! They are Incredible! These guys are very good, too, but Pentatonix is So multi-layered with Incredible harmonies.😊

This is one of my favorites because the pure strength of their voices is apparent -- nothing covering up the perfection.
These boys must really admire Jamie because through every performance they always look at him in serious awe and admiration. In fact they all look at each other that way. It really is heart warming. Matt wasn't wrong when he said natural chemistry in the audition. It's unbelievably beautiful to watch!

I´m watching it in February 2023 and couldn´t agree more with you! I also had noticed the affection they have they they look at each other in admiration and encouragement, maybe... I only came to know this group recently, and have seen their very first audition dozens of times!
After having sung in a group for several years you are taught to turn and look at the person saying giving them your attention so as not to distract from them. I wish I knew each one of their names but I have yet to find some place where I can see that they've been introduced by name. A couple of them have a lot of power in their voice and that definitely adds to the group I really like this group!
I walked down the isle at my 2nd wedding. My last. Made my husband cry just to hear the words. Beautiful rendition. Love you boys.
So well scripted. They seamlessly switch to one another. Their voices complement one another, and their harmony is simply beautiful. The song, and accompaniment are simply marvelous!!!
Being from a choir of only 9 people I have an ear for all the parts that are present. And with this group you can hear each part and putting them together makes a perfect choral performance! It makes me want to cry with how beautiful this is! Glad I found it!:)
I honestly don't think I have ever heard anything as beautiful as this group. I have watched Stars from Les Mis over and over and cry every time. They are exquisite together and all are so handsome.
I've only discovered this group a month or so ago while watching back episodes of BGT. What thorough delight it was to listen to the harmonies and arrangements they have accomplished. This is the best version of 'A Thousand Years' I've enjoyed. And, I could understand all the words! Kudos to you, Collabro!

3 of them have the deeper more sonorious voices and two of them the softer lighter weaker voice but they complement each other perfectly it is a pure joy to listen to them.

The weaker so called voices are the ones killing the harmony in the background and are invaluable. They provide the range and they sound amazing obviously their own too

Got into an audition video stint and yours (Stars, first audition) was one of ten in some list or another of Top 10 Got Talent acts. I am so grateful to've found you! I now listen to you daily. One of the benefits of finding you three years after you first hit the scene is I have a bevy of videos to view and enjoy for the first time. And, then, later, a second. A third. A fourth.

Once you hear his voice on it's own it's really easy to pick up on it in the harmonies! He's definitely as good a singer as many of us Collabro fans had thought.

I can't describe how beautiful and pure voices these talented young men possess. If my dad were alive, he would love the music (and he would be well over 100 years old). I come from a place where we celebrate all types of music (New Orleans).
Another beautiful hit record and just in time for Christmas and their tour. My favorite part is when Michael has his solo part in the beginning, and what a lovely job he does, and then the boys break into some of the best harmonizing they've done, in my opinion.

I adore how you are truly an ensemble...you listen to each other, to the nuances and adjust as needed. Your collaboration is one that only comes along once a generation. Simon and Garfunkel, Beatles, The Righteous Brothers, Bee Gees, Beach Boys....they all have a similar quality of being 'blessed'. Good job guys!!

I really appreciate the way these guys spread the leads and duos around. That will keep them successful. If one guy gets to be a prima dona, he and the group may go down.
Unfortunately what you have said has come true. Jamie (the tall dude) became a diva and the outfall was that Richard (the shorter one with the beard) had no choice but to leave the group (mid 2016). But Richard is doing very well as a solo performer. The other four are still performing as successful group.
So are all together except Richard? Jamie seemed to have had musical theater experience earlier on, and as maybe the only baritone was the likely candidate for the big head.

Bambina Fernandez My biggest fear. If they stay together they will be cast in the same light as the 3 Tenors. Their voices still hasn't even peaked yet and won't until they are around 32 to 35. So much growth in such as small about of time. Tom and Michael has grown the most. Richard's voice is so pure and with Jamie's added coaching, a US saying, "Kate, bar the door", OMG. Jamie's range continues to amaze me. Richard, Jamie and Matt doesn't have a weak spot between the registers which is amazing at their ages. Tom is really smoothing out his high register with such pure tones. Michael's growth and been the largest, but I feel it is just believing in himself and knowing he belongs. Just an old opera's singers view point.

They all have such different voices, and sound great together. Michael has the voice that sounds most like one used in show music, or musical theater as it is called.
