It's ok Tim that's the fun of it, experimenting. I do love that red though. Maybe try pairing it with a purple red and maybe a pigment paste for your white, versus a sinker, like castin craft, and only do a couple rounds of white? Idk, I've never tried this effect before but you have me intrigued. Keep at it, I'm curious how you get there.❤😊
I think Julie Cutts uses a pigment paste I think its her Bloom or the casting craft one - I'm like you tried this a few times but never had success with a white only a black lol Love those colours you used though :)
Hi Tim as you were pouring it I thought it was the crackle you were going to get, when iv done it iv used a mica and paste and the clear , hope that helps thanks for sharing ❤ xx
Ummmmm... Just my 3¢... BUT... In regards to white weather it's labeled as sinker or not, it's always going to be heavier because it's a pigment!! As opposed to anything that is only dye based, white will always sink to some extent simply because it will always be heavier because of said pigment. But of course you might already be aware of that. If not maybe that will help you with any experiments moving forward.
Actually Tim as I think about it. And say to you again SUNFIRE DESIGNS. I wonder if the most important thing is. The live edge mold. Are the cut edge mold. And the more cut up the better. But to follow a better teacher. Is that not... And I'm sorry but Julie cuts does not make a good teacher. 😊
Lk11 very nice video sharing my dear friend ❤❤

@@michelle_resinrebel thank you. I'll keep investigating.
Hi Tim, I live the colours but that mold may be too deep. Julie only pours it thin
@phoebepetersen8436 thank you
Experimenting is fun, you will get there. I think Petra did a few of these ❤
@LouSolCreations thank you. Yes, Petra and Sandra have done this pour a lot.
@@BassResinator next time you will get it, it’s part of working with resin. Sometimes you have to do it a few times to get it right 🩷🩷
You will get it done. It looks cool.

Experimenting is fun! Have you ever watched videos by Start Blooming? She's worth a look for ideas too ☺️😊
@@NerdGoblinArt thank you. No, I haven't. I'll check it out.

@loriphillips9790 thank you. I will experiment with some live edge molds, but first I need to make my own. I'm planning some in the near future.
