Hi Melissa! Love the content with your small business since I also run one. I find that I like to pick all of the items customers order at once and then package them all after i pick them. I pick the items a person wants, then put the printed label on top and just make piles that way. It makes me work much more efficiently so maybe that’ll help you too. I feel like it’s a lot less back and forth :)

if you wanna add sugar to iced coffee just put 2 tablespoons of sugar in 1/4 cup hot water to make a syrup. I just heat water in my electric tea kettle

You're not wrong about the music. I totally get copyright, but I feel as long as you give credit, you should be fine. This is why a lot of TV shows from the 80s & 90s can't be released on DVD because of the music copyrights. When Party of Five was released, they had to switch all the music out. What they did that was cool though is they picked music from the 90s to substitute it with. It's not the same though!
