Dear please review standard book. Otic ganglion is related laterally with mandibular nerve and medially with TVP ms.
Some books like datta writes otic ganglion is located medial to trunk of mandibular nerve which also means ganglion is releted laterally with mandibular nerve. Ganglion is located lateral to tensor palatini ms. Which means ganglion is related medially with TVP ms
