These two great ones are who made each other. That's why Ali said if he were ever to fight a Holy war he would want to fight it back to back with Smokin Joe😅. Ali understood that Frazier was “taken away” from the victory in the greatest fight and the title of the greatest, after that he wanted to elevate Joe Frazier in every possible way, he said that Joe was able to break him, although Ali, even in death, did not admit that Joe had won him.

Joe Fraizer hated Ali. It is in his autobiography. Joe Fraizer support Ali to box again. Once Ali started boxing again, Ali turned on Fraizer. Even later in this interview they started brawling. They were not friends. Fraizer stated about Ali, "People ask me if I feel bad for him, now that things aren't going so well for him. "Nope. I don't. Fact is, I don't give a damn. "They want me to love him, but I'll open up the graveyard and bury his az$ when the Lord chooses to take him."

I was fortunate enough to just happen to run into my childhood hero on my brithday visiting hollywood back in 1990, walkin down the walk of stars I looked up and who was standin right in front of me, Ali. He was gracious and took pictures with my wife and kids and myself each individually. It was a birthday I wont ever forget... RIP to both these great warriors.
