Bruce you have got to be one of the best craftsmen I've ever come across, your work is absolutely beautiful. Man I would love to try that twin design foil.
Thanks, I put all my passion on it. If you like to see more plus.google.com/u/1/+Brucecreations77 or facebook.com/1037723882917113/photos/?tab=albums About the box wings hydrofoil I'm working on a new model send me an email if you want to be updated.
Hello there , sorry, my question was not very precise. I was referring to the black "spread tow carbon look" with the "scorpion cut outs". So the "spread tow carbon look" is not a carbon look but the real deal / carbon" (which is also load bearing)? I saw that you have in your vacuum set-up the "thicker" HDPE sheet as a layer on top of the carbon (*look") , in order to achieve a smoother surface. But this only works for rather flat surfaces. However, also your smaller "round" work pieces, where you can't work with the thicker HDPE sheets, have a perfect look, Kudos!
I used paulownia wood. For the rocker is enough simply glue the various strips fixing them on a rocker table. This board is nice, but the new one is spectacular, in my opinion of course : ) ... stay tuned new foil is coming.

My wife would not be happy because I'd have to keep a board like that in the lounge room next to the TV so I could look at it all the time. 👌
Ha, ha, : ) .... I think that with the next board (I'm working on it) I'll have the same problem I can't stop watching it .
Absolutely great work.
I love the craftsmanship and the looks of your creations.
Super impressive and now in hindsight..... way ahead of the curve....as foiling as sport has since exploded!!
Thanks, about Hydrofoil for me it was love at first sight
Awsome Board. I would still like it even if it could not surf at all.A real piece of art.
What kind of wood did you use, and how did you make the nose to curve up?
Brucecreations what are you doing to that carbon fibre sheet to make it almost look like its been laminated? wicked video, cheers
The carbon fibre is infused, when is cured is cutted by a knife and then placed on the board with resin and under vacuum
@@Brucecreations77 oh right, chur mate your videos and craftsmanship are awesome!
do you get this nice surface without vacuum?
what material / process are you using to do the decal on the foil wing? looks quite good
It's alluminized glass fiber. Obtained by infusion, after cutted and shaped and then laminated (as you can see in the video)
Brucecreations
You can see the same decoration on the twint tip at 4:43" or at the end
Beautiful piece of work!
Fantastic job. You have talent.
Wonderful Work!!
What kind of deco sheets do you use there (company, material, weight after application, company name)?
I didn't use any deco sheet, It's only a HDPE sheet used in order to obtain a shiny surface and peeled after curing.

The spread tow used is a real carbon fabric, as you can see at min 1:12 it is infused in a thin layer after that cutted whit a sharped knife.
Kind of dude who is seriously good at $hit!!! Bien hecho!!!
Ciao volevo sapere se hai fatto l ala che mi avevi detto che avresti fatto per efoil
