Many areas could be the cause of phone not syncing with your UCaaS provider. Have your phone worked in your LAN environment before? Is this your first time setting up this phone? Who is your provider? Have you registered your phone with the provider successfully before?

it says my phone was able to successfully connected to the internet but it says the network is down. any suggestions on how to fix this?

how do get phone number?
The phone number is provided by your phone provider (ie. AT&T, Verizon, or any UCaaS providers like RingCentral)
