Very interesting interpretation. Many have said that the baseline should be played open and freely. You bring a good balance in that regard.
I think I like it very much. Will be listened to more.
Your playing has always intrigued me and inspired me. Your playing is beautiful Sanel.
    Thank you.

There are rests marked in the score. But I agree that it sounds better if you let the bass notes ring.

Sanel Es de los pocos que sabe resolver a su inconveniencia los problemas de digitación. Suaviza el problema en tiempos, y cuando los bajos coinciden en misma cuerda , utiliza staccato. Comparto su filosofía en la interpretación.

THANK you, brother, for great playing of this great music. Please, say, what tempo do you use on metronome for this prelude?

Why you have to dropped to Db?

I have tuned my guitar on 415 Hz. Just how it was used to be in the baroque period. I use to practice the music by Bach sometimes like that and love how the guitar is sounding and vibrating differently than tuned on 440 Hz.

    Dear Sanel
    About 1:10
It should be F, not E. Why you decided to go this way? As I know your teacher Ricardo Gallén played it correctly, maybe with the tip of his nose.

      Dear Simon,
thank you for your comment. Those are difficult decisions. I decided not to jump only for that note one octave higher and to go back down so I decided to have there „Orgelpunkt“.
My teacher Ricardo was „cheating“ a bit there as Norbert Kraft (sound engineer) was during the recording next to him just to press that note… 😁
I was considering to tune only for that note my sixth string on F and to fix that note in the editing process but I gave up on that idea as I didn’t want to confuse some of my public here… 😁

      Dear Sanel,
thanks for sharing this precious information)) This was my second guess.
The other possible solutions for 6 string guitar are:
      - to play with chin(like Alexander Vynograd);
      - or play in original key in C minor and press Eb with thumb(like Konstantin Popov).
      Best wishes

Your playing is great, but no the recording. We can hear the dirty sound of the instrument. The microphone can be a very bad enemy.
