    We were looking for a set of wireless mics for our podcast. These should be good. I was a little concerned about the range the chances are we will never be 100 feet away from each other lol

      True. Ours are perfect at room distances. Enjoy!

    Great review! The only thing missing in my eyes. Is the Lavalier mic screw locking system. Maybe someone will 3d print it. 👀

    Glad you went with that cheap blue background. It looks a lot better than those stupid slat panels. Fresh wins again!

      The slat panel people were foolish and didn’t want to play ball so we found a better solution. And you’re right, I think the blue looks a lot better than those stupid 1970s slat panels anyway.

    How to manually adjust the gain for each separate mic during recording?

    • @FreshandFelicia
      @FreshandFelicia  Год назад +2

      That is an excellent question. We haven’t actually tried adjusting the volume for recording, but I imagine the gain settings for each mic would dictate the level it records. It also has a backing safety track which I think is 10 dB less. New test coming soon!

    How it compare to the new Rode wireless Pro ?

      Excellent question. We don’t have the new Rödes yet, but these are among the best I’ve ever heard. Röde is going to have a hard time beating this.

    Is the Lark Max better than the DJI in regards of the sound and noise floor?

    • @FreshandFelicia
      @FreshandFelicia  Год назад +3

      Absolutely! The Lark Max with noise reduction engaged obliterates the noise floor, as demonstrated in this video. Again, the only hangup we had was some RF interference, but it was more than 30 feet away which is common with all prosumer wireless systems at this price level. Shure and Sennheiser make professional wireless mics with excellent sound performance but they’re $1500+.

      @@FreshandFelicia Thank you for your response. Was on the fence between the Lark Max and the DJI but now there's more confusion with the coming of the Rode Wireless Pro🤣. That 32 bit float looks tasty but the lack of monitoring the audio with simultaneous use of the 3.5mm connected to the camera is an issue.
