There’s some semblance of an interesting plot dealing with family succession but the acting is a very mixed bag. The FL in particular is rather wooden. The ML is only slightly better.
That stereotype Chinese character should be avoided by Chinese writers… same plot, different actors, so much so that what is being pictured is that Chinese people are cruel, violent, stupid (for not recognizing partners) etc. You see, whenever Chinese movies are discussed in our group, they make a joke out of the constant slapping, shouting, violence, kidnapping,etc of characters… having watched so many videos which are similar, it makes me hate the writers…. 😂😂😂 Pls improve your style

This FL is truly stupid. Her so-called brother drugged her once with soup yet she very quickly forgot and accepts a cup of coffee from him & proceeds to drink it. It's really hard to empathize with such a simpleton!
If within the first 5 minutes of starting a drama the translation stops or makes no sense then I'm out. I'm out!!!!
