I was more attracted by the right one...😅 Not because of the rule of thirds but I think it's because of the lack of contrast and the color choices of the left one. I think in composition we all have our own sensibility 🙂 Awesome vid as usual Alex 😉
You had me on this one xD 5:41 you perfectly analyzed the flow of what i just looked at and my mind was blown. Now i believe that art could also be magic XD. Kim jung gi, a really great artist.
Amazing content! thank you so much for sharing this knowledge! I would love to get some ideas for practical exercises in this subject. I will appreciate it if anyone has any suggestions!
So would I. I typed the name Piet Mondrian into Google and RUclips... some interesting things come up, but the exercises seem random. I think I'm going to take a clear plastic I have and put it over known works of art and use erasable pens to find the Mondrian pattern.

Yeah my bad, I had to test the images up front. But it still brings the message across. Thanks for sharing Raynald
i must admit, now i understand the fascination for Mondriaan, and see the composition in his works, .. (in dutch) het kwartje is gevallen😊
Yaaaay! Mondriaan is a boss playaaa

Cool! Happy to read that. Indeed art is a form of magic haha. Let me know if you find a way of using it :)
This is so important! less is more, just what i needed, thank you!
Wow, my mind is blown. This looks like an amazing exercising in exploring composition! Thank you for sharing.

Thank you , it was very helpful
Happy to read that!
I liked the right one because of the character 🤔 maybe I prioritise the character two much in my work
Noo more people said that. I had to test this up front. It’s logical because that piece has more contrast
8:28 That looks pretty good for a kid, just saying. I'm impressed.
Thank you!
Comic artists do this the best of anyone imo
You definitely in your classes have his simplicity down.
I actually picked the right one the other ones ugly
