It seemed like a big plan from God the Father...lot of changes happening in this episode.....at a moment it seems surreal, making Thomas question Christ and Christ being helpless in God's plan as human being, but as being a God, Jesus goes by HIS plan, not allowing His flesh to do something stupid. Can see the trinity working
1 can imagine. Something to do with the Execution of Jesus's apostles and the persecution of Christians when Paul and Barnabas spread the Gosple to the Gentiles.
Is it realistic that Quintas would have been demoted for killing a non-Roman citizen? Since the beginning of the series, he has been threatening to kill people, so it seems odd.
@@Sulla2300 well the reality is no one knows what really happened in those times sure it makes it more interesting the show but im assuming there would be no demotion in real life. At the end of the day its still a show and the final authority is the Bible. We will never know all the details of our history but at least we know the main and important ones and so far the show has done a good job doing that.
Well considering that Quintus lost control and killed someone without authorization from the Roman Empire and the death of that civilian would've caused quite a stir among the populace especially since some of them hate the Romans anyway so I think the Roman Empire would've probably demoted or even executed Quintus for such insubordination.
@@jcherrax thanks. Also just watched the episode and in fact her death did cause quite a stir among the citizens (there was already with Jesus preaching to his followers and pointing out the Pharisees hypocrisy) but Rahma's death did cause the citizens to get quite angry with Quintus. Even James wanted to stab him for the senseless murder he did.
I think it was the fact that killing someone caused so much commotion. As a Roman official, Quintus did have the authority to carry out an execution. However, in the presence of one of Emperor Tiberius' personal detectives, Atticus, he killed a citizen in unchecked anger during a riot, which proved to Atticus and his superiors that Quintus was not psychologically fit to serve in a position of civil authority.
Gaius is cleverer than Quintus could ever dream of being. He's way more suited to being a regional praetor. And no man deserves it more. :)
True that! 🙂
Bro got demoted in Times New Roman 💀
Lol

Por que Quintus foi deposto de pretor?
@@Testemunhosdeconversão-y3d es una historia larga pero un incidente paso anterior de esta esena.
Really long story, his focuses were not in the right place, and he had a mental breakdown, grabbed a sword and started swinging in a crowd
