Hahaha I'm looking forward to seeing what other people say. I bought them as a joke partly but also because I'd cut my hands moving a load of cut down tree branches and people hate my hands at the best of times.
After years using mechanical keyboard i decide I need silence on my life so I bought that one coming from strafe mx brown which isn't that clicky but not silent as a membrane keyboard but I have to decide between fancy rgb mechanical keyboard and silent... Silent win very happy with that purchase
I got one of these for about £45, not too bad. I switched from a Steelseries M750 (yes I switched from a mechanical to membrane keyboard). I'm loving this keyboard so far, managed to forget that it came with a wrist rest and there was still very minimal wrist strain. I am quite prone to RSI so I gotta be careful what peripherals I use. As a content creator, I always thought the Steelseries M750 was far too loud, the K55 RGB is a big improvement on this. kinda wishing they had a wireless version but it's not that big of a deal.
A lot of these RUclips reviews refer to this as a budget keyboard (which it is), but I bought it not for that reason but because I hate mechanical keyboards. I bought this one because I wanted a gaming keyboard for my gaming PC, but I wanted it to feel closer to my Apple Keyboards for my Macs. I like the shallower key travel of the Apple Magic Keyboard, I was hoping I could get something like that but with RGB and macro keys. So this keyboard isn’t too bad but the key travel is still really long. I can’t just lay my hand over the keys and softly move my fingers to type. On an Apple Magic Keyboard I can type at 105 words a minute with 98% accuracy. On this keyboard…it’s barely half that. I’m not used to having to hold my wrists up so that my fingers don’t get hung on, or accidentally press, the wrong keys. I wish they made a gaming keyboard for people like me. RGB lights, extremely shallow key travel, no clicking sounds, and flat key caps that sit almost flush with the base of the keyboard, and scissor switches, 😢😢😢 1:59
Corsair keyboards are well made and durable. I've got several of the mechanical units, and they're great, but I find the software very non-intuitive and fussy to use. On a budget, this is probably a much better choice than something from an unknown brand. There are some other good keyboards with similar functionality, but most of them have F+ volume control, which is a pain.
thanks for the review i think i will buy this cause my macbook w key broke and apple is making it too confusing and expensive to fix and i’ve been needing a gaming keyboard but never thought i really needed it cause my laptop keyboard was working but now i have a real reason
funny story about this keeb, my science teacher, whom is my favorite, has his old school keyboard ruined cause kids poured water all over his mouse and keyboard. So, I bought him this keyboard and gave him my old corsair katar pro wireless. Thought you'd guys like to know!
The Pro is the newer version with some slight tweaks from what I can see. The original K55 had 3 lighting zones, the K55 Pro has 5. Key rollover has also changed. I'd like to believe that those blue velvet-looking gloves are just part of a full bodysuit.

Gloves are just funny and taking my attention on them instead of product :D
Good review
I'd injured my hands. People didn't want to see that. Hence the gloves 🤣 plus I thought it would be unusual and amusing.

I think this is their answer to that new razer v2 keyboard with its mecha membrane keyboard or whatever it's called
how good is this compared to the razer ornata v2?
How do I connect this to my ps4 pls help me I’m begging ya
Best unboxings 👌🏻⌨️
Thank you.
there is more customizations if I am correct by using the i cue program im not sure yet waiting for mine to come in
Overall, is it worth it?
The Ornata chroma is the way to go
how I can buy version with normal Enter button not enter like shift
The one shown is a UK layout. If you're in another region you'll get the "normal" one 🤣
Biggest problem with these is that the rgb simply doesn't work for long. It will nearly always disconnect and just show its ugly red
Nice video ,just bought one😜
Hope you like it
I ordered One of those because my wife cant stand the sound of my mechanical blue switches click sound.
I got a Corsair Strafe MK2 from PC World earlier in the week, was only £60, bargain!
I can’t connect this to my ps4 at all
Solution? I can’t too
@@BetaDent it just won’t work on ps4
@@BetaDent I know it's too late but im case you are still wondering move the keyboard to bios mode for which press F1 + windowlock key and second method hold B + S and plug your keyboard into your ps4
This is on sale at best buy now for 39.99 :D
bargain
Figure out how to use it on ps4
Nice gloves. They make them for men?
If you do not speak while you are testing the sound of the keyboard, it is better, because I do not hear anything
Thanks for your feedback, but that's why I do this - ruclips.net/video/dR552YJ1TrA/видео.html
