    Hello sir. My patent is under Reply filed. And application is in amended examination. My patent is published past 5 months and this month it will complete 6 months. I have filed the reply on 3rd month after publication. In what time hearing can be offered to me by ipo?

      The duration depends on the number of applications that are in queue for IP India. A specific timeline cannot be given. You can try calling the customer care of IP India.

    Sir I have publication grant, but i want final patent grant. So how many minimum time it will take with fastest process.

      Patent Timelines varies from 1 Year - 10 Years. But if have filed expedite application then your application will be process in less than 1.5 year.

      @lokesh Yes, There are many benefits like Tax Exemptions, Funding Schemes, Self certification , Relaxation in Public Procurement Norms and many more
